Returns & Exchanges

At Skall Studio, we take pride in the quality of our conscious designs; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Please ensure all garments are returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all organic cotton tags still attached.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Log into our online return portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging or a similar protective mailing bag, ensuring the package is securely sealed.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at the nearest authorized shipping point and keep your receipt for tracking until your refund is processed.
